Comus Restaurant AI is restaurant management software that brings together table management, a waiter app, kitchen printer integration, and an AI-assisted guest menu in one platform.
Guests order from a QR menu, staff run the floor from a tablet, and the kitchen sees or prints tickets. Checks, reservations, analytics, and day close stay in the same system.

With the Windows desktop host, in-venue orders, kitchen, and printing can continue on the local network if the internet drops.
Take bookings with name, phone, date/time, and party size. See show / no-show loyalty rates and risk hints per guest.
Build a purchase list and email it automatically to the configured purchasing contact.
Enter product recipes and waste. Remaining portions appear as counters on waiter product cards; when stock hits zero the QR menu closes the item for ordering.
Upload ID and onboarding documents, build shift lists, and store leave / medical paperwork. Documents can be emailed to accounting.
Record contracted service providers, work performed, part warranty periods, service forms, and invoices.
The end-of-day close report can be sent automatically to the accountant / owner email configured in settings.
These capabilities are being built or tested inside the product. We will roll them out as live partner connections are ready — we do not claim they are finished today.
Support for thermal printers attached by USB at the register. Network printers work today; USB needs a separate local path and is in development.

On the Windows local setup, in-venue orders, kitchen, and network printing can keep running on the LAN. The guest QR menu and AI assistant need the server. Automatic cloud sync is still in development.
Kitchen and bill tickets can go to ESC/POS thermal printers over the network or Wi‑Fi. USB printer support is in development and planned for a future release.
